It’s really awful when somebody is slated for doing something new. If a writer writes something different, a musician develops stylistically or a painter takes on a whole different method & subject matter - they get slated.
What about the development, progress & evolution of character for the individual? Audience is an element but none of it is made for you.

There comes a point where I can’t be sympathetic when it’s the individual letting someone else constantly fuck them over.
Okay, I have no problem with religious people or the Christian Union at university. BUT all their events and schemes centre around bribing people to discuss Christianity (often with food) or not letting people know what it’s about really until they’ve been there a while (like today’s flash mob). Tactics that trick people into talking about religion really get on my nerves....
Something really cool about university is watching the people around you grow in so many ways, even though you’ve only known them a few months. It’s crazy really.
The frustration of *needing* to facebook stalk someone and their profile being completely private. Neeeeeeeed I tell you.
